Education

Our community has cultivated an educational environment for young adults enabling them to acquire knowledge and skills in diverse areas of interest. We offer support and resources for young adults facing challenges, aiding reintegration into society with a renewed sense of purpose.

Leadership Development

We raise leaders, sparking a ripple effect of direction, responsibility, accountability and resilience. As our emerging leaders set good examples, the society becomes infused with these attributes contributing to a cohesive and resilient society.

We empower young adults to speak up on issues that matter to us. We provide platforms and opportunities to express their thoughts, ideas and concerns. By amplifying their voices, we create a space where their perspectives are heard, acknowledged, guided and acted upon.

BARBARA ADUBA PROFILE

Is a Process Safety professional with many years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Telecommunications industries. She is an all round creative . As an actor starring in most of your favorite telenovelas like Tinsel, Oasis, Flawsome, Chronicles etc., she has graced your TV screens.

As a gospel music artiste we recognize her as the young lady who burst into limelight at the age of 10 winning multiple awards. Barbara has been described as an inspiration to many and has dedicated her life to helping young adults discover & harness their potentials, whilst equipping them with the right tools to live an impactful & socially responsible life. She is the founder of the Young Community Network.

LANRE KUFORIJI PROFILE

Lanre is a commercial lawyer with almost 2 decades of experience at the Nigerian bar.

"A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives."

He obtained a first-class degree in Law from the Nigerian law school in 2004 and has actively practised corporate law in the banking and telecommunications industry in Nigeria. He currently serves as the Senior Commercial legal Counsel, American Tower company.

GRACE ORIFE PROFILE

Grace Orife is an Energy Economist and Strategist. She commenced her professional journey as an audit staff at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) before she transitioned to the energy industry. She started off as a Business Planning and Economic Analyst for Shell Cameroon and then worked as a Business Analyst and Economist for Shell Nigeria for several years. She also worked as a senior manager (business planning and economics) at a medium-sized multi-national company, Addax Petroleum (SINOPEC Company) before moving to Eroton Exploration & Production Company, one of Nigeria’s biggest indigenous startups where she served as a senior manager in Business strategy and economics.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Buea in Cameroon, an MBA from the University of Warwick, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in strategic management at the International School of Management in France. Grace Orife is the CEO/MD of Adelaar Energy Limited, a Fullstream Oil & Gas Consultancy and Services Company.

ANITA IFEANYI OKORIE PROFILE

Anita Ifeanyi-Okorie is a seasoned Public health professional with many years of experience. In her role as a Civil Servant, she coordinates public-private partnerships for the National Malaria Elimination Program, playing a key role in developing the current National Malaria Strategic Plan. Beyond her work, Anita is a home fellowship leader, teacher and counselor.
